FDA rejects first needle-free alternative to EpiPens

The Food and Drug Administration declined to approve a nasal spray version of the EpiPen to treat severe allergic reactions. Neffy would be a first-of-its-kind alternative to an EpiPen, which is commonly used to treat anaphylaxis or severe allergic reactions.
