Warning signs missed before Maine mass shooting

In the months before the worst mass shooting in Maine’s history, family and colleagues of gunman Robert R. Card II, along with Army Reserve officials, reported concerns on numerous occasions about his mental status and ready access to guns. A fellow Army reservist said, ‘I believe he’s going to snap and do a mass shooting.’
